Rules
New users and/or referred persons need to sign up, and make net deposits of $50 worth of stablecoin to their Cera accounts within 7 days since their accounts are activated. Also, the referred persons need to maintain at least $50 of Net Deposit in the Cash account to succeed the referral. Users, then, can select their favorite stock to claim as referral reward. Users can freely sell the rewarded stock after claiming.
There will be cases that the reward is converted to fractional shares of stock. Fractional shares are illiquid outside of Cera and not transferable. For a complete explanation of conditions, restrictions and limitations associated with fractional shares, see the Fractional Shares section in the Disclosure document.
- All users of Cera are eligible to join the Referral Program.
- Referrer can invite as many friends (referees) as they like and earn rewards.
- Cera users who meet the following criteria are eligible for claiming referral rewards:
- Invite a friend (referee) to create a Cera account using your referral link
- Is a verified user.
- Referees reach their Net Deposit milestone of $50 worth of stablecoins within 7 days of signing up.
- Referees maintain the Net Deposit balance of $50 or more for another 14 days.
- Referral Reward
- Can be at any value from $1 to $50. The higher the value, the lower the probability.
- Paid in USDC, and will be forced converted into a stock of your choice upon collecting.
- Cera’s users are allowed to deposit to top up their accounts to maintain the net deposit balance.
- Cera reserves the right to withhold the USDC Reward to Cera Accounts at any time due to the safety of other users, market conditions, risk of fraud, suspicious activity, or any other factors we deem relevant.
- Cera reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions of the Referral Program or to terminate the Referral Program at any time without prior notice.
- The Cera Referral Program eligibility is determined by Cera at its sole discretion.

Terminologies
Net Deposit
The difference in Dollar value between the total amount that a user deposits from outside sources to his Cera account and the total amount that a user withdraws out of Cera.
